Refund and Cancellation Policy
(Revised on 28.06.2024)
Cancellation Policy
Once enrolled in any course, class, or material with Civil Pathsala, there will be no refund or transfer of the fees paid to another student. However, in certain cases, students may be allowed to switch courses. In such cases, Civil Pathsala will deduct administrative charges (a minimum of 25% of the total payment) and retain the remaining amount as retained money. This retained money can only be used for enrolling in new courses. All such cases will require approval from Civil Pathsala management.
Extra Payment Refund Policy
In the event that Civil Pathsala receives an extra payment for any course by any means, after verifying the claims, Civil Pathsala will make efforts to refund the extra amount within 15 days. Refunds can be made through direct bank transfer using NEFT, cheque collection in person or by an authorized representative from Civil Pathsala’s offices, or any other method agreed upon by both the student and Civil Pathsala management.
For any issues related to bank processing or negligence on the student’s part during the payment process, Civil Pathsala is not liable for any damages. Students are encouraged to resolve such matters directly with their bank and may approach consumer forums if necessary. Civil Pathsala will offer assistance as much as possible, considering constraints such as time, available workforce, and other factors.
